VanDeliveryApp Independent Provider Agreement (Canada)
Operator: MBMT Incorporated.
1. Independent contractor status
You (the "Provider") are an independent business or contractor. You are not an employee, agent, joint-venturer or franchisee of MBMT. You control the means and manner of your services and may accept or decline offers.
2. Compensation
Your offer for each accepted service equals seventy-nine percent (79%) of the applicable customer service subtotal before additional platform fees and taxes. MBMT does not guarantee any minimum volume of offers or income.
3. Insurance, licensing and eligibility
You are responsible for holding and maintaining all licences, permits, commercial-auto insurance and business liability insurance required for the services you offer. Eligibility to accept jobs is subject to the platform's canonical trust-gate, background check and document verification checks.
4. Team ownership (if applicable)
Where you operate as a Team Owner, the owner share of the Provider payout is capped at twenty-five percent (25%). The remainder is allocated to the Team Member performing the service. Snapshots of the split are recorded at the job level and must be accepted by the Member before assignment.
5. Data protection
You must comply with the platform's Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA and provincial equivalents) with respect to any customer data you access.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the platform policies. MBMT may suspend or remove access for breach of eligibility standards.
