Ambassador / Referral Program Disclosure (DRAFT)

MBMT operates an ambassador (referral) program allowing individuals to earn per-booking commissions and other tier-based bonuses. Commissions are attributable to a booking when a valid referral cookie or referral code is present and the booking meets the qualifying criteria set out in the ambassador program terms.

Ambassadors must not misrepresent themselves as employees or agents of MBMT and must comply with applicable advertising, anti-spam and consumer-protection laws. Commissions may be reversed for refunded, cancelled, chargebacked or fraudulent bookings.
