VanDeliveryApp Customer Terms of Use (Canada)

Operator: MBMT Incorporated ("MBMT"), operating the online marketplace known as "VanDeliveryApp".

Applicable to: customers located in Canada using the platform to request moving, delivery or related services.

1. Nature of the marketplace

MBMT operates a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers ("Providers"). MBMT is not a moving, transportation or delivery company. Providers are independent businesses or contractors; they are not employees or agents of MBMT.

2. Pricing, payments and offers

Customer-facing prices for services shown on the platform are set by MBMT. The Provider offer, communicated to matched Providers, equals seventy-nine percent (79%) of the applicable customer service subtotal before additional fees and taxes. Providers may accept or decline any offer. MBMT retains the remainder of the customer payment.

3. Booking, cancellations and refunds

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Cancellation, no-show and refund policies are published on the platform and may vary by service type and region.

4. Damage and dispute resolution

Damage, loss or dispute claims relating to a service are addressed between the customer and the Provider. MBMT provides support tools and may facilitate communication, but MBMT does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute.
