Our 2-person teams can handle items up to 350 lbs. For items over 275 lbs, a heavy item surcharge applies. Items over 350 lbs require special arrangements — contact us for a custom quote.
Can you deliver up stairs?
Providers on the platform deliver to any floor. There is a small surcharge for 2nd-5th floor deliveries without elevator access. Elevator-accessible buildings have no additional charge.
