Do I need to handle Stripe payouts to my helpers?⌄
No. VanDeliveryApp routes each helper's share directly to their Stripe Express account. Your manager cut deposits to your account on the same payout schedule.
What if a helper underperforms or no-shows?⌄
You can remove a member from your team at any time with an optional private reason. Their account stays active — they just stop receiving jobs through your team.
Can I send invites to providers who aren't on the platform yet?⌄
Yes. Send the invite to any email — if they're already a provider it links to their dashboard; if not it lands on a pre-filled registration page that auto-connects them to your team.
Is there a cost to enable Team Manager mode?⌄
No. Team Manager mode is free to enable. VanDeliveryApp keeps its standard marketplace fee on each booking; the manager-helper split percentage is configurable by you.
