One click in your dashboard — pick a team name, set your default hourly rate, and your Owner share (0–25%) and Member share (75–100%), which must total 100%.
Recruit local providers
Browse independent providers within 50 mi (US) / 75 km (CA) of your postal code. Send invites by email or accept incoming requests.
Route jobs, split earnings
Assign approved jobs to team members. Each job records an Owner share (0–25%) and Member share (75–100%). Automatic Team payouts are pending activation.

Are you qualified?
Most providers unlock Team Owner mode after meeting the normal requirements below. VanDeliveryApp may also invite selected providers to start a Team earlier — an Admin invitation waives only the 25-job and 3.5★ performance thresholds. Normal onboarding and compliance (identity, background check, incorporation, business liability and the Team Owner agreement) are still required before a Team can be activated. This is different from a Team Owner inviting someone to join their existing Team.

Common questions
How are Team payouts handled?⌄
Automatic Team payouts are not active yet. VanDeliveryApp does not currently promise any automatic transfer of a member's share or an owner's share. We're completing the production readiness process before activation — until then, Team payouts are pending and no automatic Team transfer is made.
What if a helper underperforms or no-shows?⌄
You can remove a member from your team at any time with an optional private reason. Their account stays active — they just stop receiving jobs through your team.
Can I send invites to providers who aren't on the platform yet?⌄
Yes. Send the invite to any email — if they're already a provider it links to their dashboard; if not it lands on a pre-filled registration page that auto-connects them to your team.
Is there a cost to enable Team Owner mode?⌄
No. Team Owner mode is free to enable. VanDeliveryApp keeps its standard marketplace fee on each booking; the Owner share (0–25%) and Member share (75–100%) always total 100% and are configurable by you. Automatic Team payouts are pending activation.
